EOTech's CNVD-T3 is a battery operated, weapon-mounted, thermal imaging device with an integrated digital camera. The CNVD-T3 is operational during the day, low-light, total darkness, and a wide range of weather conditions such as rain, fog, snow, and sleet. The CNVD-T3 allows the operator to view, capture and store images for reconnaissance and surveillance. The CNVD-T3 features a built-in Image Capture feature, allowing operators to save and download digital photographs from an on-board hard drive to a PC. Activating the RS170 / VGA menu item toggles between these two display formats. VGA format is appropriate for high-motion viewing. RS170 format is appropriate for all other applications. Refer to the Operators Manual for instructions on how to connect the CNVD-T3 to an external monitor for viewing live thermal imagery.

The CNVD-T3 is a weapon-mounted thermal sight or a stand-alone thermal detector that is optimized for use with medium to long range optics. It is a true clip-on, pass-through sight that mounts on a 1913 rail in front of your existing optic. The CNVD-T3 is ruggedized for battlefield conditions and optimized for use with 8-12X optics. It can be used on weapon platforms up to .50 caliber. It has a 60 Hz refresh rate for incredibly smooth target acquisition and image panning. The user-friendly menu allows operator to adjust brightness, contrast and change polarity (white hot or black hot).
