    Outstanding Into to Thermal Monoculars

Posted by Dean on May 20th 2020

Left a message on Friday, had a call back Monday, and had this unit in my hand on Friday. Great rental process and people to deal with at UNV.

The unit itself is very impressive. Could tell which horse was which at 300 yards and spot anything around within 800 easily. Could tell the difference between a cat and a fox at 200 yards. Scanning a field is comfortable and easy. The color palettes aren't just marketing. They can be a huge help in spotting or reducing eye strain. The PiP zoom is also very useful. Going above 10x with this unit, you will want to use the integrated tripod mount and connect it to your smartphone or tablet. My wife loved using this unit over the PVS14 we rented as well and mandated thermal come first. "What's the point when the thermal is this good."

    Great service, cool toy

Posted by Trace Trimble on Jul 15th 2019

I called around lunchtime on a Thursday, and had the scope in my hands by the time I was ready to leave on Friday afternoon. Very cool device, and convinced me that I need to go ahead and buy one for keeps.

The best monocular i've ever used

Posted by Brooklee on Jul 15th 2019

Pulsar really hit the mark with the XP50 Helion monocular. The size and weight is perfect for carrying on your person or in a pack for a long night of hunting. The image it produces is unreal, crisp and clear images allow you to detect animals at great distances. This is particularly useful for hog and coyote hunting and helps minimize movement when scanning a field searching for game. The color palettes allow the user to find what works best for them and I appreciate having the different color options available. Another awesome feature is the built-in video recording so you can capture your hunt, or easily record when something cool happens. Last but not least the rechargeable battery pack lasts for a whole night of hunting and saves me money by being rechargeable, yet another great feature on this unit. My favorite monocular I've ever used by far, Pulsar knocked it out of the park with this model.

    Pulsar Helion xp50

Posted by Todd on May 4th 2018

Tried the Pulsar XP50 and Trijicon REAP IR for a weekend. I found VERY little difference between the 2 scopes' resolution. The REAP may have just a slight advantage in resolution at longer distances, but given all the added benefits of the Pulsar, it's a no brainer for me. In the flat farm ground of Iowa, we easily spotted coyotes at 1/2 mile and spotted one pair at 3/4 mile.

    Pulsar XP50 Monocular

Posted by Brandon on Jan 19th 2018

Awesome experience, was able to bag 7 predators using this device. Very durable, hunted in sub zero temps with no malfunctions, very crisp clear picture. We were able to spot animals out to 1000 yards with no issues. Also, hats off to Ultimate Night Vision team, I sent several questions during the rental period and they were very quick to respond, great customer support!!

    Amazing Service and Product

Posted by Katie G on Oct 9th 2017

If I could give this company 10 stars I would do it in a heartbeat. Amazing Customer Service. Beyond amazing Product. This thing was a lifesaver. I used it to find my missing dog. There are a ton of features I didn't get to try yet. But I have a feeling I'll be renting one again so, there's time. =) I want to thank Ultimate Night Vision for all of their help, especially Tyler. They took a novice, I mean the most novice you can get, and gave me the assistance to feel comfortable using the gear. They went above and beyond the call of duty. I can never thank them enough. I will recommend this company to anyone who will listen. They are a 10 star Stellar business and they helped me get my dog Sam Elliot back. Thank you guys!!!!
