It was just what I needed to spot coyotes the UVN 20 IR really lights up total darkness in my night vision scope nice I haven't tried it more than 100 yrds yet I love it mounts easy too.

I have a Sightmark Photon XL 6.5x50 L. The sight picture with the laser was very disappointing. The pict was grainy and the laser flashed back off of tree trunks making it hard to see beyond them. After installing my IR20, the view is very clear and the range is extended to 250 yards if not more. This add on IR light made a night and day difference. (no pun intended) My Photon needed the bright clean light and now it's a totally different night vision scope.

This product is very high quality. It delivers a great deal of UV light at the high setting and the momentary push button at the rear is easily used to switch between the brightness settings. The ability to go from full flood to a fully focused beam is really useful.

That being said, the only complaint I have is that when the lamp is turned partially to the left or right to get between full flood and full focus, the focal head has some noticeable play or wiggle back and forth. This does not affect performance, but initially I thought something might have been loose until I used it for while and realized that it seems to have been designed that way. It would be ideal if it was as solid as it is when fully closed or fully open.

Bought the unv20ir my buddy has a torch pro and this thing makes it look bad! I use it on my ATN x sight! Added atleast 300 yards of vision at night compared to the ir that comes with it! Ultimate night vision even personally emailed me to make sure I received my offset mount! Great service great product!

Very pleased with the purchase. Took a little getting used to the different settings without clicking the IR off but once I got the hang of it worked great. Good buy.

The Photon 6.5X50L exceeds my expectations. This is a very light sensitive scope that covers my shooting capability at night. With my pulsar 940 illuminator I can shoot 200 yards with no moon. With the UNV 20IR I'm looking at 400 plus yards with no moon,,,, further than I care shoot at night. Tyler A. had it right. My business is with UNV from here on out. I'm most pleased with this purchase.

This is the best, most powerful IR Illuminator on the market. 3 power levels and beam focus make this illuminator appropriate for any normal or digital night vision.

I've used many IR Illuminators in the past 20 years,,,, this one is the most powerful - no doubt. I love the beam focus capability and the low, medium, high power settings.
